The rooms and building are exactly like inthe pictures. Perfect. Rooms are big unlike North Vietnam. Location is close to restaurants and cafe and a small walk from beach. A small functional kitchen and balcony is available. Pool was clean but we didn't use it due to lack of time.The staff manning the reception desk, especially Ms. Min are very polite and helpful. They suggested useful itineraries and made us comfortable. On the last day we were provided a beautiful photo frame of us as a gift. This was an extra touch that earned the stay as beyond expectations.

The property is well presented and provides comfort, security and peace with the indoor/outdoor pool and plants throughout. My room was perfectly arranged to include a small kitchenette, large bathroom, desk, queen bed, closet and balcony space that didn’t feel too crowded - my partner and I comfortably enjoyed the deluxe room.

It has good location near the beach. The staff/receptionist are extremely helpful and nice. You can hardly find somewhere else that as supportive as them.

We had a really nice time in John Boutique Villa. Rooms were clean, breakfast was very good (we tried plenty of Vietnameese dishes, all of them were really tasty), there are massage chairs at the pool. Location is convenient and the staff is friendly and helpful.

Room as described, very clean. Lots of trees, a swimming pool right at the skylight location, so it's very beautiful. The staff is enthusiastic, friendly, ready to support everything in their ability. Will come back if there is a chance

A lovely place near the beach,just a 5-7 minute walk away,quiet and clean.All the staff here are very kind and friendly. Anyway,highly recommend this place
